Happy 70th Birthday to our NHS!

Wow, this afternoon we stepped into an amazing Wonderland adventure to celebrate the 70th birthday of our wonderful NHS!

Thank you so much to our @JollyJosh trustee Janine Parry #HMRPaediatricNursPractitioners for organising such an incredible event! Thank you to Sarah (pictured), Joshua's named #nurse and #CommunityTeamLead and to everyone at @CallahanHouse, #Rochdale involved in such a successful afternoon. Thank you also to those who came to join us. It may have rained during our Mad Hatter's tea party but we didn't let it dampen our spirits

We had a lovely opportunity to meet the Mayor of Rochdale, Councillor Mohammed Zaman. He and his team were extremely supportive of the work that we do at #JollyJosh, it was a pleasure to meet them and we look forward to future discussions as to how our #charity can develop.

The entertainment was fabulous, thank you so much to @JustImagineNorthWest for keeping the children (and adults) transfixed in the imaginary world of Wonderland.

The huge amount that has been raised is going to support Jolly Josh to enable us to help families to #ConnectSupportThrive and #InspireInclusion.
